At present, Ocean Rail controls more than 15 routes from the Port of Piraeus to and from eight destinations in European hinterland, including Skopje (North Macedonia), Sofia (Bulgaria), Belgrade (Serbia), Budapest (Hungary), Bratislava & Dunajska Streda (Slovakia), Enns (Austria), Pardubice & Melnik (Czech Republic) by running nearly 30 trains per week in various combinations. Starting in July 2019, the Land-Sea Express has inaugurated a second route through the Port of Rijeka to Central Europe and Balkans under Ocean Rail’s development. New routes are under investigation in the long-term.
